Ending the Silence Presentations
NAMI Ending the Silence is an engaging presentation that helps audience members learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or someone you know is showing symptoms of a mental health condition. Presentations are offered at no cost.
This is an interactive presentation that includes two leaders: one who shares an informative presentation and a young adult living with mental illness who shares their journey to recovery. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain understanding of an often misunderstood topic. Through this dialogue, we can help grow the movement to end stigma.
To request more information or to book a presentation, send an email to cassidy@washconami.org.
We’re also always looking for more young adults to share their story and combat the stigma as an Ending the Silence presenter! Email cassidy@washconami.org if you’re interested - we provide free training, to help you tell your story in a way that feels good to both you and the audience.
