Come connect with other parents who get what you’re going through.

Share your experiences (or just listen), and get ideas from others who’ve been there too.

Ending the Silence

Available for parents, school staff, and students

An evidence-based presentation that teaches the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms of a mental health condition.

Learn about mental health conditions through a brief presentation, short videos, and personal testimony from a young adult who describes their journey to recovery.

We also offer one-on-one peer support, as well as topic-specific presentations - email cassidy@washconami.org to get connected with support, or to talk about potential presentations!
