FREE Suicide Prevention Training

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is an evidence-based suicide prevention training that teaches anyone how to intervene with confidence and competence when someone may be contemplating suicide.

You will learn:

• How to recognize the warning signs of suicide

• About stigma and understand suicide as a public health issue

• How to offer hope

• How to access local and national referral resuorces

• How to get help and save a life
